Make graphics, sound options in-game options

Description

Adds more options, but makes life easier for X11/XAW/etc. users.

Especially useful: pseudo_graphics -- turns block walls, centred dots on/off

Note that graphics can't actually be options; it needs a submenu. Graphics is a selection from 4 (or more) choices, not binary; and that does not include setting tilesize.

Also there are other possible display options you might want to add eventually. For example, there are there are already 2 additional graphics choices on OS X: use interpolation for images; use antialiasing for text. (And, yes they make a difference, sometimes bad and sometimes good.)
