Actually, it could be argued that in "cannot be harmed" description mode "cannot be harmed by _" should be mentioned only if it makes a difference.

Ideally, we'd get the best of both worlds. Items would list what they're vulnerable to by type after the things they're /usually/ vulnerable to but aren't in this instance.

It is vulnerable to acid and fire. It cannot be harmed by fire, but is vulnerable to acid. It cannot be harmed by acid or fire.

Character dumps need a separate entry point to the object info stuff so it doesn't print a load of info that no-one needs.

Make character dumps worthwhile again in r968. Other than that, moving to 3.1.1.
