Possibly implement a "targetted teleport" feature?

I've always wanted to see magic users have a 'directed phase door' spell. Works just like normal phase door, but you get to specify a direction first, and you teleport in that general direction (with some randomness of course - say a 90 or 120 degree arc). Maybe in the same style that bolt spells have an increased chance to beam with increasing character level, the basic phase door spell would have an increased chance to specify direction with CL. Same with the Teleport spell, but with a much small chance of choosing the direction. Teleport level could have a chance of letting you choose the direction to teleport (up or down).

Additonal point. Having a spell that 'sometimes' requires an additional keypress would break macros for that type of spell.
