There should be an error message if save game cannot be overwritten

Description

Angband says "Saving game... done." even if it can't overwrite the original save game

It could create a .new file in the directory, but was missing the rights to modify the original save game. There should be at least a warning, so that you don't accidantially overwrite the .new when loading the old save game. Using windows xp, running nightly build from april 30th.
