Make @m1 a synonym also for @b1

Description

Inscribing a book @m1 (or @p1) should also have the effect of it being that number for browsing, too. Class-dependent. Will probably either require a hack or some rethinking.

Why are there separate 'p' and 'm' commands?

Consider creating a class-dependent pref file mapping from 'p' to 'm' for priests, and then nuke the 'p' command completely.
