Outstanding menus to fix

This is a replacement for #5

  • many menus in wizard*c
  • spell casting/browsing

the following require additional work for selection/command filters:

  • inventory
  • equipment (?)
  • various 'panes' need to be cleaned up for small-screen support.
    • stats pane (done, more or less)
    • many panes in character info (started)
